Customers often come in specifically asking for Ray-Ban, which helps drive sales. Their product quality, warranty support, and controlled pricing policies also help maintain value and customer confidence.”
“Despite thr brand itself having what feels like an adversarial relationship with the store the sale rep does a phenomenal job helping offset the problems created by the leadership.”
“Great brand awareness but regularly undercut independent stores with their own offers. No real regulation of online retailers”
“They just provide a great assortment. So customers with different tastes can purchase a product from them. I can see how the quality gradually changes, especially with the latest collabs, ESPECIALLY with Dolce&Gabanna collab. The customers have noticed the difference as well, more and more I can hear from them “this pair is so flimsy”, “they feel like $5 Walmart glasses”, “I have this pair for less than 2 weeks and they already broken”. I believe that Ray-Ban have middle segment pricing, and some of the styles really don’t worth it’s price.”
“good product, well known brand and reasonable prices”
“rayBan are an easy sale. popular name brand.”
“Rayban sells itself everyone young and old love Rayban”
